What is our hourly rate?

Our service rate is $85.00 per hour. We work with as much hustle and efficiency as possible to get the job done quickly.

 

Do we have a minimum charge?

We do maintain a 2 hour minimum for most service calls. Some exceptions do apply.

 

What if the work I need to be performed requires several hours to complete?

In addition to our hourly rate, for larger jobs we can also quote per project.

 

Is the cost of materials included in the hourly rate?

We're certainly not going to charge you for every nail or screw we use to tackle your repairs, but for extensive repairs where lumber, paint, parts, or other materials are needed we will include the cost of materials in our quote. There are no surprises, so we will inform you in advance of any supplies that will need to be billed.

 

What are our hours of operation?

We can tackle your work at a time that is convenient for you, including evenings and weekends.

 

Can we respond to the need for emergency repairs and does that involve a higher service rate?

Based on our availability and existing client commitments, we will do everything possible to respond to your need for emergency on-site service, and our normal hourly rate structure applies to emergency responses as well.
